• Is early check-in or late check-out available?
• Our check in time is at 4:00 PM and as rooms become available. If your room is available before 4:00, we will gladly get you checked in. Please call for more information and availability.
  
  Late check outs will be granted upon availability. During peak times such as school breaks and weekends, late check outs might not be allowed.

• What are fun things to do in the Owatonna Area?
• Please see our Area Attractions page for descriptions of many fun Owatonna activities.

• Which restaurants are available nearby?
• The 43rd Street Pub & Grill is available on site. Other nearby restaurants includes Timberlodge, Famous Daves, and Sportsman's Grille.

• Does the Hotel have high-speed internet access?
• Yes, high-speed wireless access is available throughout the hotel. We also have a limited number of internet access bridges available for non-wireless computers.

• Does the Hotel have a fitness room?
• Yes there is a fitness room on site, including free weights, treadmills, exercise bike, and stair climber. Ask us about our partnership with SNAP Fitness as well.

• What is included in the waterpark?
• • Two 40 foot slides: one inner tube slide, one body slide

  • A Zero Depth entry wading pool for younger children

• Are day passes available?
• Yes. Rates and availability vary, call ahead for details.

• Do you offer Birthday Party packages?
• Yes, please contact us for booking or questions 507.446.8900 ext 7133

• Who needs a wristband?
• Any guest entering the waterpark needs a wristband, even if they are just watching.

• Can we use the waterpark before we check in or after check-out?
• If your room is not available upon check in; you are more than welcome to use the water park while waiting for your room (please make note of the water park times above). Once you check out your room will not be available, but the water park can still be used by guests. Please note that there are bathrooms and lockers available for your convenience.
